If you need constructions for small or big road sign, rotating panels, dynamic panels, or small lighted or unlighted signs: we have the opportunity to design and to produce the pole to match. Such as assembly poles, overhead poles, portals or lighting poles, which also can be used for mounting road signing, traffic signaling and/or CCTV. All poles for this purpose will be produced to client specifications.

With our software tools, we will calculate the construction of the poles. This calculation will be produced with the national norm TGB1990 (NEN 6702), where we check the maximum stress, the torsion and the maximum deflection.

portal: steel portal, made from squared tubes, with a beam length of 15 meter. The foundation for these type of portals is completely made from pre-fabricated parts. The installation can be executed in one day. Preserving: hot dip galvanised and powder coated (RAL 7032) and bitumen (ground piece till 250 mm above ground level).
overhead pole: This steel pole has two brackets with a length of 2 x 5000 mm, which is made from squared tubes. The design of the pole meets the requirements of our client (airport Amsterdam Schiphol). Preserving: hot dip galvanised and powder coated (RAL 7032) and bitumen (ground piece till 250 mm above ground level).
steel stepped pole: steel cilindrical stepped pole, for mounting a road sign, sizes 4200 x 3900 mm. Preserving: hot dip galvanised + wetcoat (RAL 7032) + bitumen (ground piece till 250 mm above ground level).
